How the program is set up each week
In search of the feeling, not repetitions
Each person learns at a different pace, and so it makes no sense to set a fixed number of repetitions for a particular drill. Your objective is to learn what it should feel like, remember that feeling, then take it into the water. We will highlight what that feeling is for each drill.
The 12 Week Program is set up with the same format every week:
- Introduction to what the weeks focus is
- Theory from The Accelerated Surfing Program
- Land-based drills for you to replicate
- Water-based drills for you to find the feeling in the water
