How to get the most out of the program
Interlinking with The Accelerated Surfing Program
The Accelerated Surfing Program is a wealth of knowledge on surfing and forms the backbone of this program. Throughout the 12 Week Program, sections of the Accelerated Program will be highlighted for you to go through or review again. You may have done parts or all of it before, but repeating and re-engaging with the theory will have tremendous benefits and bring light to new golden nuggets.
Landlocked Training
We designed the 12 Week Program for those who can’t get to the beach every week. There is a focus on land-based training and water-based training. If you find that week you can’t make the water-based drills, work on visualising past waves and mistakes, move that training till you can get to the water and double down on land-based training, especially surf skating.
